Who we are

unreasonablyfast.com identifies its operator as Future Visuals, based in the Netherlands. For privacy, access, or legal-notice questions, use the or email r.broek@futurevisuals.nl. Stripe Managed Payments handles transaction support through the support route in your Stripe payment confirmation.

What we process

  • Account and sign-in data — your email address, account identifiers, verification-token records, and session information. Convex Auth handles the magic-link sign-in flow and JWT session.
  • Purchase and billing data — Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout, payment details, billing information, invoicing, and tax calculation. Our application receives the purchase and access status needed to deliver the product; it does not receive your raw card number.
  • Wizard data — the profile answers you submit are used to assemble your folder preview. If you own the Setup Kit and request README guidance, those answers are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI. Do not include passport numbers, medical details, financial account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information. The wizard uses the HttpOnly uf.wizard.completions cookie for server-side preview-limit enforcement and browser localStorage to display the local completion count.
  • Contact data — the name, email address, message, and selected product you submit through a contact form are stored in our application database. The request type and source are included in the notification sent through Resend to the configured contact address.
  • Operational and abuse-prevention data — request IP addresses, email addresses, account identifiers, and other request context may be processed for rate limiting. Depending on the request, rate-limit records can use a hashed IP or request fingerprint, a normalized email address, or an account identifier, together with counters and expiry times.
  • Analytics data — Plausible is loaded for aggregate site analytics. Depending on the request, this can include the page URL, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country, region, or city. Plausible describes its service as operating without cookies or persistent identifiers; see its data policy.
  • Browser progress and access data — chapter checklist state may be stored in localStorage. If private-access mode is enabled, the site sets a signed, HttpOnly access cookie. These are separate from the Convex Auth session cookie and wizard-completion cookie.

How we use it

  • To authenticate you and provide the Setup Kit, wizard, ZIP, and invoice features you request
  • To confirm payment status, grant or revoke access after Stripe-managed refunds or disputes, and maintain purchase records
  • To send magic links, purchase messages, contact notifications, and follow-up replies
  • To generate wizard output, protect the service, prevent abuse, and enforce generation limits
  • To understand aggregate site usage and improve the service

Service providers

  • Stripe Managed Payments — checkout, payment processing, invoices, and tax calculation
  • Resend — transactional and contact-notification email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery
  • Vercel AI Gateway and OpenAI — Setup Kit Owner README guidance from the profile answers you submit; free folder previews are not sent to an AI provider
  • Convex and Convex Auth — account, authentication, session, purchase, contact, verification, and operational records

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not make a blanket promise about their locations or retention periods here; those details can vary by product configuration and should be checked before relying on this policy.

Storage and retention

We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described above, to provide the service, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention depends on the type of record. Contact us if you need the retention period for a particular record.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can make a request through the or the email address above. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law requires it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you may also contact the data-protection authority that applies to you.

Cookies

  • Convex Auth uses a session cookie containing the JWT needed to keep you signed in.
  • The wizard may set the HttpOnly uf.wizard.completions cookie for anonymous preview-limit enforcement. The client keeps a matching completion count in localStorage for the interface.
  • If enabled, private-access mode uses a signed, HttpOnly access cookie.
  • Plausible analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers according to its data policy.
  • Stripe's hosted checkout may use its own necessary technologies under Stripe's policies.

You can control or delete browser storage through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out, reset local progress, or make the wizard preview limit appear differently from the server-side record.
